In a previous life, I once did an audit of groundwater contamination at the site too. Back in the day they created their own landfill in alluvial soil right next to the Latrobe river and spent the following decades filling it will all sorts of fun industrial waste with chlorine compounds. Not an ideal situation...

$2,500 salumi cabinet - I bought from Cleaver Salumi Cabinets. I have had it for a while, works amazingly well. Heat, cool, humidifier, de-humidifier and it looks great.
A fan dies a while ago and it was replaced no question.
The compressor died.
No questions, just an email - they are replacing the whole thing.
Amazing.
