Is a head tube reamer any different from a standard reamer?? any good machine shop should be able to help you out.

How does the suspension feel? Looks like it would be pretty stiff at the start and end of the stroke but pretty amazing in between. I think i kind of like the idea considering you sag takes that very first bit out of the equation.
