i have been looking at getting a new bike, i currently have a mongoose fireball. i know that nothing to serious but i'm looking at getting into the game a bit more seriously. So i'm am going to spend around the $1500 mark. i ride mostly cross country and don't mind some downhill.i was looking the the giant stance 2 and the x-caliber 8 but im open to options what i also want to know should i get a low end dually or a more high end hard-tail.
btw im 18 and weight about 70kg if that makes a diffrence thanks in advance

An excellent all rounder with good spec. Deore may be the lowest of the good stuff, but it is very worthy stuff. And its a frame that will be worth upgrading later when you break stuff.
