Way too close to the coast for that, whats not pea gravel in Perth is remnant sand dunes and beaches so if it aint pea gravelly its as sandy AF.

Regardless, you're fucked if you clip in for either.

The neighbours were great!

I gave Perth a fair chance. I even suggested I pay out the lease someone had signed before I was on the scene and move to a nicer part of the "city".



I actually have travel advice to a coworker recently for Perth. After my warnings of don't bother were shrugged off I recommended my go to Perth hotel - the Duxton. Unfortunately it was booked out for their dates.
