As I mentioned, I needed an MRI. The X-ray and Ultrasound didn't show up the issues. The orthopaedic surgeon considered them useless and only wanted to see an MRi.
See how you go but if you don't make meaningful progress in a few weeks then you know what to do.
I couldn't left my arm above shoulder height.
When I fully dislocated my shoulder in 2019, I used the soft tissues and connective tissue healing peptides BPC-157 and TB500 (synthetic version of Thymosin Beta 4). Inside 10 days I had full motion, not pain free, and not full strength, but full motion. To achieve this at 42yo, with a full dislocation, is remarkable.
Both peptides are injected into belly fat, the BPc-157 twice a day.
BPC-157 is not schedule 4, so you don’t need a prescription but I would. TB-500 is definitely prescription, it’s schedule 4.
Not many doctors can prescribe due to their professional insurance not covering them. Find a compounding pharmacy that caters for peptides and ask them for their doctors list.
TB-500 is wada banned.
This combo is what the Essendon doping scandal was based around.
Both are very powerful, if you go for a hard 2 hour ride, the usual next morning leg soreness is completely absent, most of this is attributed to BPC-157.
I’m using BPC-157 to try and prevent what my surgeons deemed an almost guaranteed full large intestine removal due to huge amounts of diverticulosis. (Holes in the wall of the intestine).
Never ever ever trust surgeons. They just want to cut. For them, the pro/con analysis is massively biased towards cutting. If a normal person considers the threshold for acting to be 50%, so 50% in favour, 50% not in favour of a certain path, the surgeon is wanting to act when the pro’s pass the 25% point.
Two orthopaedic surgeons told me without surgery I’d never have full use of my shoulder again after reviewing my images. Never had the surgery, shoulder is pain free, as strong as the other.
My two colorectal surgeon opinions were that I was on the surefire path to a full large intestine removal and shit bag inside a few months. Scary stuff in a covid world, large part of your immune system is based around your gut.
Both times my integrative doctor has been right, surgeons just want to cut.
Worst still, both colorectal surgeons had absolutely fucking nothing to contribute to treatment strategies, “sorry mate I’m just the plumber”. Of course I find peer reviewed literature stating the simple amino acid L-Glutamine, over the counter at chemists warehouse, and every supplement shop in the nation, is hugely beneficial. Between Glutamine and BPC-157 I’m hopeful the next scope confuses the fuck out of the colorectal surgeon.
