Lazer surgery in Brisbane area

My wife is thinking about lazer surgery. Anyone here had a procedure done in Brisbane or Sunshine coast area? If so any recommendations and did you find any issues with mountain biking after? As in depth perception issues, light/dark transitioning through bush, etc?

My wife had a laser eyesight correction procedure about...... 6 years ago....
It's been there best thing she did.
Night vision etc is the same quality as when she had good contacts or glasses.
Find a good surgeon and get the assessments done properly.
The place Alex went offered adjustments for life which she hasn't needed and ideally your prescription should be stable for 3+ years before you have the surgery

I have had Lasik, got it done back in 2008, has been great for at least 120 years
had my first glasses script since surgery back in 2019 and only for watching TV and RB, and have only started wearing them for driving and at work in the last 2 months, but at 45 I can't really expect it to correct my vision for ever
I have SS in one eye and astigmatism in the other......
just remember, the smell normal!

I think that might be the problem yet is that her prescription isn't that stable. She has thought about it before but needs a new prescription soon and at 2k for new glasses in different forms, it's nearly half the cost of laser. We'll definitely check it out though

My Mum had it done by an apparent specialist guru in Brisbane, it fixed her long sight but then she needed glasses for reading which she never had any issues with in the last 70 years.

That's it really. She'd be thrilled if she only needed reading glasses after.
