What a race, I think every one is sleeping and recovering. As for war stories, there was lots of crashes, I seen heaps of riders go past me with bandages on or dirt over their backs, my team mates both went over the bars, one of them twice through the shimano banner and down the ditch. I...

Great arvo/evening racing.. the heat and humidity took it out of me in the first lap, thankfully i was in a team so i got a break :) Damm challenging at night with poor lights.. i nearly missed the bridge and ended up in the drink.. Looking forward to the next round :)

What a weekend.. a great race for my first cross country race. Thanks to RTE and all the organisers / volenteers / supporters etc. still have sore leggs.. but it was worth it. All the friendly helpfull people out on the track, even thought all of them were passing me :) I cant wait...

Some nice rides to work here.. mine is just on 80klm return, St Marys to North Ryde via M4 to Parra, Parra River up to meadowbank then west Ryde for some hills and up to work. Taking a bit of a brake through winter with the cold and dark.. but will be twice a week soon. bring on the sunlight...

Thanks Pebble, I just checked and tightened the headset, maybe a bit too tight, but the wobble back and forth is now gone :) Still taking it to the LBS to check i didnt over tighten it, and to get a service on the forks. :) its about due :)
