In NE vic we usually go from super wet to dry for spring summer so i use low nobbed tyres then and things like Shorties in mud

I’m considering one or a Hillbilly for an upcoming Maydena trip. Rain is always a possibility so I’m fence sitting what tyres to run for that trip.

I ran Shorty's on the downhill bike at Maydena and they were great. Magic Mary's would be good too.

Shortys are great inanything esp as a front tyre but a bit overkill in our summer hardpack the clay doesnt go deep dusty

Look at mister up-country. Too good for the shuttles even!
Some say he gets the shuttles down the hill after they drop everyone off at the top. Why waste time riding down when you can get more climbs in!
