A bit of Winter sun trying out my newly fitted commuter tyres. Going to start doing one commute a week soon when its not 3°C descending from 300m at 4:30am (76km round trip).

Didnt want to destroy my gravel tyres so picked up 4 of these wire bead bad boys for 11euros each. Popped on tubeless easily and held air... roll pretty fast too.

Day 2 commuting after rain overnight.
No real changes, still not feeling right. On the bright side, the bike feels like it fits me after 2 weeks iso (thx wife!)

Today felt like a normal beary day back on the bike (~ 2 weeks from the start of spicy cough).
Added bonus of helping a fellow cyclist who couldn't change a flat.

I hired these Lime eBikes before and they are a hoot. Went quite well and a lot of fun.

The trick is to find another one with a fuller battery before your one dies.

Ticked off the final 2 Tour de France badges on zwift.

I know, I know it's fake bullshit that's good for nothing.

But it kept me motivated to work my way through 8 femmes stages, 13 badges, over 1000km and just under 15,000vm for the month.

Even rounded out the month with a couple of excursions into the great outdoors.

Overall, pretty chuffed with my bicycling escapades.

Got out for a decent shakedown on the Saturn11. 50km of Yarra Trails, longest mtb ride I've done in a while after a lazy ~4 months. Felt good, bike felt great.
