For sure. The problem is the local do-gooders trying to 'protect' and 'rehabilitate' the long established trails, who can't seem to figure out if they just left them alone, the hooligans on bikes would stick to the established lines instead destroying more vegetation getting around everything. So instead of a 1m wide trail, it'll turn into 3m, and the more adventurous will turn the new obstacles into trail features.Yeah that's what dirt bikes do, even when a small tree falls on the trail you'll end up with a main line around the tree. I've found it's best to leave all their scrub bashing lines in as it slows them down, and they can't do big long roosts along the trails which result in drainage problems.
One of the girls from the club cracked a couple of vertebrae crashing over an unexpected log over the track. We've spoken to the council, who claim no knowledge, but the size of some of the logs means they could only have been put in by machine.
