Try without basil, but with quartered figs (very ripe ideally), some balsamic glaze and (is there such a thing as vegan) prosciutto? Sounds a bit hipster but is pretty tasty.

Did you crank up the woodfire pizza oven for it too? Or just one of your massive regular kitchen ovens?

Haven’t seen prosciutto. Probably in bespoke city stores.
