Not always. I was only 28 and in reasonably good shape (lots of riding and rock climbing at the time) when I was crippled by this sort of thing without any specific incident or trigger. I think @Ultra Lord is younger than that and even went under the knife!Sorry to hear, that’s shit. Old man problems.
I turn 27 in september, I was 25 when I first hurt my back. Got signed off from the physio 3 weeks ago.Not always. Were you spying? Had to sleep on the couch. When I woke up, I couldn’t get off it. Eventually rolled off and crawled to the toilet. Should have just soiled myself. Was the morning after endone all knives of fire + sweating like a mother fucker + spasms?

I often just slept on the floor. The dogs freaked out! I thought the bossier dog was going to eat me and take the role of house leader...Were you spying? Had to sleep on the couch. When I woke up, I could’ get off it. Eventually rolled off and crawled to the toilet. Should have just soiled myself.

Can't discount the effectiveness of the old paracetamol and ibuprofen. They've been hitting spots that the morphine and endone couldn't touch since shortly after my little dirt dive. Were you spying? Can’t do ibuprofen with the anti-inflamitaries I’m on unfortunately. Panadol 4 hourly helps a little. Can't discount the effectiveness of the old paracetamol and ibuprofen. They've been hitting spots that the morphine and endone couldn't touch since shortly after my little dirt dive.
The mix of targin & paracetamol & ibuprofen is working a treat now. Probably an entirely different kind of pain to a disc, but worth a mention just in case you were ignoring the little guys thinking the big ones should be doing all the work.

At least there's good access there, someone was kind enough to cut steps in to get down to it even. Almost like they knew there would be dumbasses like me that couldn't read a trail signCan’t do ibuprofen with the anti-inflamitaries I’m on unfortunately. Panadol 4 hourly helps a little.
Glad you’re doing (relatively) ok mate. Ambos were back at your exact spot total. An old fella toppled over sideways slowly and fucked his leg apparently.
Lol, Lenny P did something similar, dragged his Specialized out the night before Roll The Dice, found a two foot white puddle in the morningThought I might do the local coffee ride tomorrow morning with the long neglected dually. Tyres need a bit of air but still well up. Back tyre no worries. Front tyre...goes up to pressure, disconnect pump, spin tyre, watch the thin arc of degraded sealant spray all over the garage as cathead hole opens up...so it's the gravel bike again.
