Life time on the frame and as @moorey said probably lots of practice with everything else. I didn't deal with them it was throught the store I bought it from but they seemed ok with my actions, I was quite candid.

I do like focus but wouldn't assist me when I rode thus stinking creek at bright in the vic cx race, caught a stick on the way out & destroyed derailleur, but also the derailleur caught & took out a chunk of carbon right at the end of the rear stay where hanger sits. only offer a 25% discount on new frame. the same creek claimed a more famous victim in the elite race, Paul VdP taco-d a front carbon rim, the creek had a tiny 6" deeper spot, I think he sloughed straight into it CX taco wheel
