I can't eat parmy from pubs or anywhere away from home because they always make me sick and throw up. So I'm lucky mum makes a good parmy!

Thought i'd do a gravedig on this thread as i have a new found favourite parma at The Queensbury Hotel on swanston street. Top notch, really good chips, the schnitzel isn't too thin, sauce is awesome, plenty of cheese well melted. Only $10 for students too ;)

Anybody else got any good places around melbourne/their city they go for a good parma?

My home town, the commercial has been rated the best parma spot IN AUSTRALIA. It has ALOT of different parma's to date and they're still creating new recipes. I've been luck to sit back and enjoy a few of these parma's myself, it always helps when your dad knows the staff personally.

Mexican parma at my local has chilli con carne topped with guacamole and sour cream on top of the usual.

My Dad owns Lenards chicken so i'm going for Lenards chicken has the best parma's bro. :D
Can you please tell your dad to start putting some chicken in their schnitzels then. One of the worst bread crumb to chicken ratios I have ever bought.
