That's where doing a max effort on ADZ or an FTP test "off program" has helped somewhat.I've done the 4 week ftp builder twice...... sort of.
Have broken down both times, but that's my body and it's injuries.
The program itself is great, but it would be nice if it had the trainerroad AI thing built in, to automatically alter the program depending on how your body is dealing with the efforts on top of regular life, that of course real cyclists don't have to deal with.

Yeah, that 100 badge was a tough one. I still haven't jagged the 1.21GW. With an all out sprint being around 180w, I'm a fair way off........I also had the goat jersey for about 20 seconds.... But effed up the aero power up for my 100 badge
