So you're withholding your 5 star review? This is what happened to my Ali one-up knockoffs after about 2 years of abuse.
Outer bearing collapsed and pedal body came off (only the outer bearing holds the pedal together).
Mid DH track, I went flying off into the trees.

The one up composites are still made by the outer nut holding everything together, but most pedals are held together by the outer nut. They were great pedals for $30.. I don't know how other pedals are constructed and if they have a fail safe if the outer bearing fails or not.
As much as Ali stuff might be questionable at times and it takes time to be confident to sort out the good and bad, I have to give them huge credit for getting so many products out so cheaply.Excellent value for money, not noisy, stop well, bed in quickly and haven't disintegrated our blown up.

I'm all good to buy original bits but the lure of 'You know it is probably made at the same place as other brand name goodies' can't be ignored.
We pick our battles of course, but geeez....... It is hard to ignore.
I don't trust anything hub related on there, maybe as they go on in years they might master metallurgy of those small intricate parts.I lost the 60t fovno battle.

All my Aliexpress MTB purchases reviewed.
Cheap hub purchase and clear lenses for my 100% not 100% Armega's. We shall see how long the freehub lasts, otherwise no glaringly obvious manufacturing issues. Come on man, don't you know how the universe works? Now it will break on your next ride on the furthest point from your car.I've given up carrying the spare original.
I've had good experiences with the ZTTO M1 hubs so far, so long as you replace the crappy ratchets with genuine DT Swiss ones. Other than that they've held up just fine.I don't trust anything hub related on there, maybe as they go on in years they might master metallurgy of those small intricate parts.
Bearings I think are the same size but not 100% sure, ratchets are interchangeable, and so far the freehubs I have around have been too.Tell me more about fake DT hubs? Are they a full blown copy with interchangeable parts?
