Don't. Just get a spoke key that fits, give your nipples an occasional tweak (maybe true the wheels too?!?), and ride em till they break.

To be fair he did recommend the purchase of a spoke key which is a kind of spending and the ensuing righty tighty, lefty loosey debacle will likely result in a new wheel purchase anyway.

With an aluminium frame comweld 5356 or a BOC 5356 in 1.6, others tend to have too much silicone and 2.4 is just plain overkill.

For alu enduro worthy wheel sets, I would say 511's and 240/350 would be pretty much up there.

What would you recommend ? And current availability ?

DT Swiss are now my goto hubs and I know their top end rims are are about the best Alu options (though I go with Nextie carbon for reasons)
