For a movie about a terrible stuntman, Hot Rod, has some damn impressive stunts.

Children of Men contains some of the most impressive scenes committed to film. If you haven't seen it I recommend you do asap. An incredibly underated film.

The Professional is a classic. I've seen it countless times. The trailer is from 1994, so it doesn't do the movie justice at all by todays standards.

Finally, someone with taste! Definitely Leon: The Professional, also Fifth Element, Delicatessan, Amelie, City of Lost Children... Pretty much anything Luc Besson or Marc Caro... also Desperado and El Mariachi, From Dusk 'til Dawn, Guns of Navarone, Sin City, Dirty Dozen...

I'll go with your 1st choices, Fifth Element is a personal favorite. He shot Leon while making 5th Element as it was taking so long.
The Big Blue is another L.B. classic that i must have watched at least 20 times, great soundtrack too.

Bourne trilogy
