I used to work with a Cockburn. He disliked being pronounced cock burn as much as I enjoyed pronouncing it cock burn. If it was really co burn it would be spelt that way you douche bag!

Didn’t go into the consumables…. New gear cables, brake cables, and bar tape are also in the order. I have bulk supplies of gear and brake ousters so didn’t need that.Dont forget new bar tape.

Think I just grabbed some cheapish Pro brand tape for now. Will get something better once I’ve given the new bars a go and decided I’m happy with them.
We worked with another company on a project and their project director was Co(ck)burn. He tried to screw over the Japanese so they called him yakichinchin which literally means burnt penis.
Or a more relaxed one than Onslow, a true inspiration for us all

I don’t know how to answer that. Ditching perfectly good components for slightly lighter and newer ones isn’t a good sign.
Lycra and roadie shoes is a firm no though, and I avoid roads like the plague.
