Oh sure they'll be fine for that sorta stuff, and excellent for carrying a bike or two, but I'm just talking in the sense of the ute it "used" to be.

Fair enough, im not a tradey and never will be and the biggest load I have ever carried was a new couch and even that wasnt that heavy. I still use the tray for the odd jobs though. But not enough to justify not having the extra grip of the wider wheels.

Here's a pic of mine 06 VZ s pac, lowered, exhaust, Boston Audio sound system, soon to come is a flat hard lid and new wheels either CV-8 wheels or GTS.
