Puffing on a round trip becuase I couldn't pick which way the wind was going. Views of cows, mountains, golf course/ocean and just about endless shades of green. I was flying!

11km in the shoes yesterday (furthest iv run in my life i think, just over 1hr i think), for training for the city2surf this year

2.5hrs of push runs at Menai sarvo with a mate. (yeah the push runs suck, but damn those runs are great these days. Big props to the builders)

Man, am I feeling it now though. My ankles feel like someone has taken a baseball bat to them.
