So far so good. Purchased from the website on Wednesday, dispatched Friday and should arrive on Monday. Old mate responded to my emails promptly, so as long as I am not receiving an empty box, it has been smooth so far.

Handed in my old bone rattling petrol ryobi at total tools today for $50 cash back on an Ego cordless purchase. Cash back works with mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers etc. ($100 for mowers). EGO T&C'S state only electric tools, but total tools will take petrol equipment too.
So $500 for the 38mm line trimmer with 2 batteries. Total tools list 2 for that price one only has one batteries. Both the same just a limited special on the 2 battery one.
