Same courier (Fast Horse) that thieved the last Aliexpress order, I've been home all day and they could have been left in the letter box. They won't respond to emails, there's no way of getting in contact with them and they have other parcels of mine. Just one BS excuse after the other.

Still haven't heard anything back from the first shipment, I guess if I don't get any correspondence from them they'll be sending the parcel back.
The second shipment arrived on Saturday, and while I was sitting at the computer I heard a loud thud hit the ground, I looked outside through the window and here was the courier taking a photo through the gate, he must have dropped the parcel which had a crankset in it the height of the six-foot gate. Not sure why he did it because the gate wasn't even locked, it must be a difficult life being brain dead?

Bought some clear (apparently photochromic) enduro bro glasses. Not as big as some glasses and was overcast today so can't comment on the photochromic quality. They have a large nose piece so I will see how they go on a ride tomorrow, might need to trim it down a bit or even remove it.

Also bought one of these. Will probably make up a foam holder thingy and stash it in my handlebars. I put 2 little o-rings on the centre piece so the threads have something springy to pull up against and don't rattle loose.

Made up the handlebar stash setup today...
Put a round piece of foam in the end so it doesn't go too far in and doesn't rattle. Ended up doing away with the foam sleeve on the cap-head end and just used an boring. The end cap for the grip preload the dart kit also to stop any rattle.
Wore the photochromic glasses today, they don't change real quick and are obviously only a slight tint but they do work.
Probably will end up trimming the nose piece down a little they sit a little too far off my face I feel.

The best glasses to buy I've found are the photochromic glasses with a slight tint already built into the lens. Not much UV around in Melbs today.

I just put my new photochromic glsses outside in the sun and cover half the lens with cardboard wait a while and then you can then see if there photochromic or not.
If they changed tint to quickly they would spin you out going from shade to sunny to shade to sunny.
I'm more concerned how they will hold up in a crash will they protect my eyes??

If they block a UV torch and don't fluoresce, are likely to be polycarbonate..

I didn't read the fine print and had a nice surprise when I discovered that each packet of 10 pairs of links comes with a tool.
The tool is a good, compact size to keep a spare in the car or in your pack for longer rides.
I can't speak for the quality as I haven't tested them yet. But even if they are "one use only" the price is pretty good for 10 pairs and a tool.
