If you can ride DH with Deore Vee's 1 finger hahah give me a buzz haha.

I ride hayes mag 8 on the front and an old worn out avid v on the back and never use 2 fingers. 1 finger all the way. get me to ride with no fingers on the brakes and im farked tho

Exactly... but with my new hydros I have discovered you really dont need 3 fingers so I use 2 now..

... i'd prefer to hit a tree every now and again using 1 finger braking then have my hands fall off the bars due to lack of grip from using 3 fingers

As others have said...

2 fingers when I had Avid V's
1 finger now I have Hayes mag 8". Using one finger gives you a much better grip on the bars.
