hey me and a friend have found an awesome place to build some jumps, its in a park though. theirs a fence neext to it and some trees.. just wondeirng can we get in trouble for building them?

hey the other day i was on the train on my one25 this biker dude noticed that my chainring(?) was scratching onto the chainstay and he had said that the frame would snap if i did a drop and told me to get my bike warrantied or get the frame changed, is this serious?? the scratch is only bout 1...
