A lot are packing it in too. Pressure, stress and workload.
I don't know a lot of people in the medical profession but I do know 3 nurses who have jacked in their job in the past 2-3yrs and are now working in another position away from Medical profession.

I find all parties disappointing in this area. The separation between elected MPs, govs and the party organization is never clear for an event like this.
