Im not sure if you buy them new, but the 08 Glory DH0 comes stock with blue rims. EDIT: Beaten to it.

What style of riding are you interested in?(XC, DH ect....) I recommend you buy a second hand bike as you will get more bang for you buck. BUT if you have your heart set on a new bike, u should check out The Bike Shed Mortdale.
