XT M8000 Brakes 'pumping up' on descents

Have to agree w Lazmo 2nd time today !
I had lots of teaching recently about braking on steep slopes most is the front to stop skidding.

OK, I've got a set of m8000 brakes that I'm not real happy with. Can someone who has had theirs replaced fill me in on the details - contacts at Shimano etc? Cheers.

Mine were replaced by CRC no issues.

Others have had good luck just giving Shimano Aus a call and sending them in

If you do have a set of the problem ones you'll just get new replacements no questions asked

I spoke with Rob in warranties at shimano Aus, he was a legend. From there I dealt with Mitchell via e mail, again awesome to deal with and it was resolved super quick, zero fuss. And the results are just as good. Pumping gone.

if the brakes were bought overseas will Shimano Australia cover the warranty ?
