WTB: flashing red light for bike + comfortable seat

i need to get fit, so i plan to do some more road riding as i dont have many oppurtunities to ride off road now.

does anyone have one of those flashing red light things you put below the seat?

also need a decent seat, my funn one is too long and uncomfortable for long rides.

Rear lights go from $15 or so from local shops, that'd be better than buying one off here.

go to K-mart, you can buy flashy lights for like $8, and keep your seat and buy a jelo thingo that slips on the top of your seat - its hella comfy, and they cost around $20
