The route for the Craft Bike TransAlp has been announced for next year. As usual, they are using new stage towns mostly when in Italy - those Italians will get it right eventually!

Entries open on 14th December. A lot of you may have heard it's 'all firetrail', or 'there's not enough singletrack'. But I just don't think it matters. 1200 riders in a mass start each day necessitates broad trails while the topography tests talent to get things strung out. Ask around, and I would expect tjb and biscuit will endorse this. The singletrack you do get is amazing, as it's up high, in the alps, with amazing views. This event has to be raced to be experienced!
