TLD T-Bones & 661 Kyle Strait knee pads

Hi guys,

I've been searching and reading up on other posts about the above two products but haven't found what I'm after. Im wondering if the above two products (TLD T-Bones & 661 Kyle Strait knee pads) are just soft foam pads or are they foam and a hard shell protector on the knee?

I'm asking this because I'm going to do an order from JensonUSA in a few days and want some short knee pads for less rocky/shin tearing tracks (currently I have Mace Tectonics).

Any help appreciated
Cheers,
Lindsay

They're hard padding, not plastic stuff.I have the Style Traits(Kyle Strait) pads.I personally prefer them to the t-bones.The t-bones are more padded but the Straite's are more comfortable, but that's just me.

i'd go the tld pads any day i use to have 661's and they would come down and now im useing tld t-bones and loving them!, they dont restrict and movement in your knees and allow you to have alot of protection where its most needed.
