Source for short SPD Bolts

Does anyone have a source for short spd bolts?
Have pair of new shoes to try and the stock bolts (m4 x 16mm ) are too long.
I have cut bolts down before, but can't be faffed this time.

Got any spare rotor bolts, I've used them before in a pinch...M5 though I think.

Local fastener shop should be able to sort you out if you have one nearby. Also - you sure it's M4? Cleat bolts are usually M5.

Not a bad solution @ 2.00am(ish) in the middle of a freezing Kowen Forrest with a missing bolt and not being able to clip in properly, I wasn't too worried about the possibility of a scratched pedal body...finished the race with it in there without any issues and swapped it out when I got home, it was only a temporary bush fix.

I've now read various specs from M4x 16 to 12 to 10mm.
Not sure what is correct, so vice, hacksaw, and file will come out tomorrow to get a solution
