I don't think it works that way.... you put the adapters on the wheel. So a 20mm can be converted to 15 or 9 on the actual hub. I don't think you can go the other way.

I agree.. If you know a good machinist then u can make them, otherwise i do believe it's the hub u need to modify.

I didn't mean to create confusion sorry was trying to be helpful. No you cant convert it to 15mm by buying off the shelf parts.
