Sidi MTB shoes

I am just looking for some info on sidi shoes.

I have looked at Sidi sizing charts online and there seem to be a few different ones.

Can any one tell me if sidi shoes have the same sizing as any other brand?

I currently wear scott pro's MTB in 47 but my road shoes are shimano 48.

In my case, no.

I've taken a 42 in normal shoes forever, MTB shoes (Shimano, Specialized, Lake, Suplest) I take a 43.

I got to try on the Sidi shoes before buying, just as well as I was a 44, 43 was definitely too cramped.

In road shoes I've had 42 in shimano and bought a Sidi pair in 43 and they fit perfect. Check out some of the feedback for models online (Wiggle, Chainreaction etc).

If it helps at all, I run a 46 Shimano shoe and bought Sidi wires in the same Euro size and they fit perfectly.

If you have an irregular foot sizing, it may be best to try in a shop before buying. You never know, the LBS may want to price match saving you the hassle also.

Cheers,
Theo
