I'd probably go ti spring rather than air shock.

Renthal fatbars.

FWIW the zealth is a muuuuuuch comfier seat than the atom which can be an arse breaker.

Exo minion front, dual ply rear, much better than the schwalalalalabes on in.

I'm a big fan of the sunline AM stem.

Thomson post, get rid of the loooooooooooooooong, heavy Scott one.

Ti axle MG-1s...sooooo good. If you want lower profile, fit the axle into some ABD Stealth pedals.

As an idea, this is where my 2010 FR10 ended up, biggest difference to yours is the fork, couple of hundred grams in favour of the 160 version.

Rear shock - Fox DHX RC4, DSP ti spring 400x3.0,
Front shock/fork - Fox 36 Van R 160mm, RC2 internals upgrade
Handlebars - Sunline V1 745mm wide 19mm rise
Stem - Sunline V1 AM 50mm
Headset - FSA Z1.5R
Grips - ODI Troy Lee Designs (yellow)
Saddle - Sunline V1 Ti rail white
Seatpost - Thomson elite inline
Front brake - Elixir R white 203mm
Rear brake - Elixir R white 185mm
Cranks - Truvativ Holzfeller, Renthal 36t chainring
Chainguide - E13 LG1+
Chain - SRAM
Pedals - Wellgo Titanium axle MG-1s
Rear derailleur - X9
Rear shifter - X9
Cassette - SRAM DH 11-26t
Front hub - Scott
Rear hub - Sun-Ringle Jumping Flea 135x12
Front rim - DT Swiss FR600
Rear rim - DT Swiss FR600
Spokes - DT
Nipples - Purple
Tyres - Minion EXO 3C front, super tacky Ardent dual ply rear.
Other-Assortment of ano aluminium bolts in non stressed areas and ti caliper bolts.

Total weight - 15.5kg
and a lot more functional.

Binner, you're dead on the money. All those were essentially the best parts I could recommend:02.47-tranquillity:

Good luck with the build mate, Voltage's are Awesome, the perfect Aussie DH machine:single_eye:

I would stick with the 180 fork. Better for downs than the 160. Though a BoXXer would be sweet on that.

I think that is what Fairclough is running this season..... or something like that.

Oh I wasn't suggesting going to a 160mm fork, I just copypasted my old bike's spec which worked REALLY well and would work just as well with a 180 fork.

Bang a set of descendants or X0-DH in it too.
