As above - does anyone make them? If so, where can I get one?

Would settle for 38 or 40.

I believe Truvativ do them, or else have a squiz here

I imagine it would be easiest to get through a LBS

EDIT: quick google search revealed FSA make what you want in road, and I would check on FSA for mountain but apparently the server is down :(

Thanks but I've already looked there and road 39 tooth rings are usually 130bcd so no joy there either.

'TA Specialities' - Euro company , but I've heard an Aus importer is picking them up.

I bought a few items from this mob no problems , mainly to get a "Chinook mid40T", which I run as big ring on my 64/104 triple. If you want to go smaller, especially on all 3 rings, like 20-30-39/40 , like many 29's do, then you need to change to a 58/94 crank. Only one that is a direct swap into outboard bearing BB is the Surly Whirly, other manu's [ Middleburn etc] use ISIS still.
