Looking for a stop in practice jumps on an mtb in and around Melbourne's eastern suburbs, looking for small to medium sized jumps in practice technique on, and gain more confidence, want to work my way up to the jumps on cressy descent at the you yangs.

Dirt Jumps/Skills park at Lysty*. It's at the south end of the lake.

For trail-time see Aneurysm at Lysty - up in the North West corner of the park. It's pretty tame but a good starting point for getting your wheels off the deck for the first time.

Hit up your local BMX track. Nothing too nasty and you can progress higher and higher as you get more confident.
