Edit - The thing on the bars is a mount for a light. I put it on there to hold my grip over as I used to have a light.

a front Black MTX on ringle hub
new tyres:Tioga FS100's in 2.3"
Maybe some deity bars
and possibly swapping the pikes for some white 08 argyle 318s because i never use the travel adjust on the pikes!
