I had a guided ride yesterday, recorded on Strava but set as private, 41km with 1015vm.

Up and down the Bale Out trail, 520m drop over 6km or ride to the summit and drop 650m over 10km to the Willowie carpark.

So good

No, we rode up the descent from Willowie to the Summit, then shot back down it.
