For those of you who have not ever been to Narby (and for those who havent been there in a while), we need to explain a few things.

... The DSE are right behind us and are supporting us in amazing ways (such as providing a D9 to clear parking areas etc).
The new track finishes in a "Bowl" that we have surveyed for use as a pits and village area. Here are some ideas we are playing with for this event:
The "Champs" will attract NO POINTS for the State Series - it is an independent event, and will run slightly differently to a normal round.
We may "Seed" on the Saturday to get this out of the way - no qualifying. - everyone gets a race run!
We will provide a small "Grandstand" where spectators can watch riders enter the bowl.
Neutral tech support will be available (at low cost) to provide on site repairs (simple stuff only...)
A marquee will be erected with cooling fans for everyone to use.
Sponsors will have prime positions for their tents
Any Victorian DH club that wants to erect a tent will be given a space.
Lots of toilets
Good food, coffee and drinks
Free water at the start line
Excellent paramedics and first aid support within the pit area
Parking will be controlled by marshals to ensure everyone points the same way, and no one parks in the "wrong" places (DSE are strict about this!). There should be plenty of space for everyone, but we all need to work together top make sure we fit everyone in, and that anyone can leave when they want to. Turning space is limited so we will be asking everyone to do as the marshals direct.
If time permits, we may even build a small pump track within the bowl area for riders to play in
