My XC come DH rig...need suggestions

My Diamondback X-link....Just wondering ,it has 3-3.5inches(rst adjust) at the back and 100 marzocs at the front(i think)...the rest > Magura Hydros, D521 rear ,2.35 High Rollers, ODI lock-ons ..and a wtb Power V seat......
Would it be actually worth investing in Sherman Flicks/Firefly(130mm)??
LBS said he would take my forks and sell the Shermans to me for 800$

I do intend to do more of the downhill thing at the moment ..and at 95kg opting whether to get another bike (Norco Atomik 2004)

What to do ???

I don't want to sound overly harsh, but if you want to get in to DH, and you're weighing what you do, don't spend another cent on your current bike, save up and get something bigger and burlier. The DBack is primarily an XC-orientated dually, you'll kill it in an instant if it gets DH-style usage.

ok..thanx Rik..sorta thought that anyway, the Atomik is like 3000$ and for what u get is pretty decent.
