I'm not a woman, but there are a few hanging about on the LDTR club forum. You may find some riding buds there?

Alternative, if you don't mind hanging out with the boys, the club rides socially almost every Tuesday night, everyone's welcome, men, women, novice and guns.

I ride Lysterfield after work sometimes but the earliest I can get there during the week is 5:30pm. I'm still a noob myself, so if you've been riding Lysterfield for a long time I may not be the best person to ride with.
