Is the surgery still set for tomorrow?
Have you completely stripped down your bikes and rebuilt them in preparation for getting back on the trails?

So sorry about your pain. Wish you speedy cure! Just a piece of advice - in case it is not very seriously try smth natural - smth based on herbs. Also known that fish oil block the pain. Had the surgery yesterday - knee is now the size of a pumpkin .... nice....

Approaching 2 months.
Been riding a bit to strengthen my leg and re build the muscles as healing was slow and a physio costs money.
Some pain under the knee cap when pushing too hard up hills, can't really stand to move around but the riding is definitely helping.

Today washed out the front wheel, OTB into tree and landed - on my knee, where the surgeon but me.
Has swollen up a bit but the range of movement hasn't changed at all so all in all not too bad.
