Pretty simple question, but whats the difference between the 05 and current ISCG mounts?
I just dont want to buy something that wont fit.

The bolt pattern is different, you have to get the correct one for your frame or it wont fit. I bought a second hand one from here before I knew what frame I was getting, big mistake.

The E13 website has heaps of info on all the ISCG..... I don't know how to do one of those links that go straight there, but check it out.

The two standards are not at all compatible, you must make sure you get the right one.
