OK guy's, we have checked out Illinbah track and it is ready to ride!!:triumphant: So get yourself and your crew organised to come ride this awesome track to understand why some of Aussie's best riders rate it No. 1 in Australia! Entry numbers will be restricted for this ride day and limited to a maximum of 20 vehicles as described below:

Details are as follows:

Where: Upper Coomera Rd Ferny Glen
When: Sunday 12th February 2012
Registration: 07:30 - 08:15am
First Shuttle: 08:30am
Lunch: 11:30am - 12noon
Last Shuttle: 2:30pm

These social ride days will be self shuttling using your own vehicle however; a requirement is that all vehicles must be either 4WD or high clearance 2WD that have a minimum legal passenger capacity of 5 persons (dual cab or better). Owner/Drivers are to make their own arrangements with their crew regarding compensation for fuel etc. - this is not a responsibility of the Club. We will not be allocating riders who do not have transport so get on Facebook/Rotoburn and get organised with vehicle owners to make up their crew of a minimum of 5 persons!!! There will be a full driver briefing prior to the first shuttle departing and all drivers are to attend. Shuttles will operate in convoy's of a maximum of 10 vehicles at a time and be controlled during all movement by radio. Any driver found to be contravening current road user regulations or instructions from Club officials will be removed from the event immediately without refund of entry fee. We are operating on and through private properties and there is a requirement to open and close some gates so be prepared to do so because failing to close gates can only lead to problems with the local landowners which could result in us being closed down again!

What are the costs to ride this awesome downhill track:

Club Members (membership current) - $20
Non-members - $30
Day Participation Permit - $10 (incl club admin fee)

PLEASE BRING THE CORRECT CHANGE AS WE ARE LIMITED BY OUR CASH FLOAT

All persons attending must be either currently licensed with MTBA for competition or purchase a Day Participation Permit. MTBA licence is to be produced at time of Registration - No Licence, No Ride - NO EXCEPTIONS!! All attendee's will be required to sign an Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability acknowledgement at the time of Registration - again, No Signature - No Riding!

Entry opens as follows:

Thursday 9th February 2012

Entry contact: Greg Palmer - 0417 904777 between 9am - 4pm daily from this Thursday. Please do not ring before the entry date indicated because Greg will not take your entry. This is keeping it fair for all riders so they have a chance of attending

It should be noted that there will be toilet facilities and on-course medical attendance provided at our social ride days however; they will be limited due to cost. There will be soft drinks and water for sale at $1 each but due to the late notice we WILL NOT have a BBQ going so bring your own food along.

Are 4wd's with a trailer able to be used? My ute only takes 4 bikes without scratching the hell out of them but I have a trailer that will take eight.
