How to get to the Red Hill DH track on the Mornington Peninsula (VIC)

I've been searching the forums for info on this to no avail. I can understand that these things can't be posted publicly due to various issues, but I would really like to ride the track if someone would be so kind as to PM me the details on how to get there. I've heard that it's possible to push up the track - is this the case?
