Bisexual men are exceedingly rare. The concept of the continuum of sexuality in men is an idea for Kinsey who was gay but self described as bi-sexual. As you you move into societies with more acceptance of homosexuality, self described bi sexuals decreases, as they describe as gay.
There have been studies of men who self describe as bisexual, and their stated preferences to both sexes do not show up in physiological testing - ie you measure sexual excitement, then flash pictures at them. Self describing is a poor surrogate for truth.
For women, many have a plastic sexuality - males don't possess this and attraction to other males is a long term innate thing, not plastic to circumstance.
As many in the gay community will attest, there are 3 sexualities, gays, straights, and liars.
