Giant Anthem / Front Derailleur

I'm looking at buying a front mech for my 2010 Anthem x3...

I have no idea what to get!

Any help?

It's 9 speed rear, and looking at getting an XT or SLX front mech. If someone could lead me in the right direction for top pull/swing or whatever that is... I just need to know the specs so I don't buy the wrong one

I've got an XT front mech that's off my '10 Reign. Slightly used. I'm guessing you're running a triple ring setup too?

It is for triple ring, yup.

Make sure the new derailler pulls in the same direction as the old one, unless you frame has provision for a cable to run from the top or bottom

You should be able to pick an XT one from Anaconda of your LBS for about $50 - $70, they come as dual action with multiple tube widths.

Anthem's are top pull/swing. Check out the Giant website for tube sizes if you need to be exact.

You'll need a top swing with 34.9mm clamp.
