Funnel Web Track

Hey,

Some mates and myself are looking on doing a trip to Nowra to ride Funnel Web track. Just wanted to know what the shuttle road is like? i have heard that it does have a very steep part in it. Any info would be great.

you will need 4wd or something that has a high ground clearence, as it gets quite steep towards the top

4wd is handy but not necessary.

I was there a few weeks ago and a Magna was doing shuttles and made it up to the top.

We do shuttles in a mates 2wd rodeo without a problem.

Yeah we have shuttled that track in a van. It’s a bit rough but defiantly possible...

its my local track[lucky me ] ,unless its wet you wont need more than a two wheel drive ,i use my 2wd hilux ute for shuttling,its a bit rough in spots eg rocky unless your drivig a lowered ricer you should be fine .one of the cause ways is quite rough on the way in just stick to the left and youll be fine.when you thinkin of comin down
