I'm certain I have a Shimano something that has the little switch for either 2x or 3x setting.
I'll have a look and let you know what model it is.

Deore ispec b or SLX bar mount. Both have the little switch for 2x or 3x.

Just given an older Deore one away but looks like labcanary has you covered!

I also have a 3x microshift bar mount leftover from fitting its pair to one of my kids bikes. Brand new. Yours if you need it.
